Looking for a high energy individual who is ambitious, adaptable, pays attention to detail, with strengths that include multi-tasking, problem solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform essential financial and clerical duties for company's outgoing payments Verifying and processing vendors invoices accurately and timely Communicating with vendors to identify and resolve discrepancies Resolve vendor disputes Ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors and suppliers Maintaining vendor files Reconciling accounts and generating reports on account payable transactions Communicate with vendors and customers in a professional and courteous manner Special projects as assigned by manager Requirements Financial background preferred 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience Detail oriented Excellent verbal and written skills Problem solving skills Proficiency with accounting software and data entry systems Proficiency with basic computer skills (typing, and navigating programs/screens entering data and processing information Experience with Sage Intacct preferred Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to thrive in a fast pace, team-oriented environment
