Job Description

One of our clients in Fishers is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both the analytical and relationship-building side of accounting. Key Responsibilities:
Process and post customer payments accurately and timely Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate records Prepare aging reports and assist with collections activities Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account status Collaborate with internal departments to resolve account concerns Support month-end close activities and reporting as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience Strong understanding of invoicing, cash applications, and collections Experience with accounting software or ERP systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
