Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a short-term operational cleanup and ongoing A/R activities during a period of system and process transition. This role will focus on high-volume invoice processing, cash application, collections support, and customer communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, system-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, partially manual environment while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. This position will play a key role in getting invoices, collections, and payments back on track. Responsibilities Process high-volume accounts receivable invoices accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawers as required Perform customer outreach via portals, email, and phone to support collections and resolve invoice issues Send customer statements and assist with scheduling payments as needed Apply customer payments and assist with cash application activities Support EDI processing by identifying errors and coordinating corrections with partners Assist with A/R clean-up efforts, audit requests, and ad hoc projects Qualifications 2-5+ years of accounts receivable experience, including invoice processing and collections support Strong experience working in ERP systems; NetSuite experience is highly preferred Advanced Excel skills and comfort working in data-heavy environments Experience supporting EDI transactions and resolving related errors is a strong plus High attention to detail with the ability to manage high volume and shifting priorities Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with external customers and partners Why Work with Addison Finance & Accounting?Competitive Pay :
