Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, cash applications, and account maintenance. Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding customer balances. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer account inquiries. Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate customer records. Partner with internal departments and customers to ensure timely and accurate payment processing. Assist with month-end close activities, reporting, and special projects as needed. Qualifications 1+ years of accounts receivable, billing, collections, or accounting experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel and experience working with accounting or ERP systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and maintain strong customer relationships. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
