Japanese required / Conversational English Position Overview A growing Japanese-affiliated company in Plano, TX is seeking a bilingual Administrator to support office operations, basic bookkeeping, and Japanese expatriates. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a variety of responsibilities in a small, growing organization. Responsibilities Handle daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including invoices, AP/AR, expense reimbursements, and financial data entry. Coordinate with an external accounting firm and prepare necessary documents. Manage office supplies, vendors, meetings, calendars, and general office administration. Communicate with the Japan headquarters and provide Japanese-English support as needed. Prepare internal reports and approval documents. Arrange domestic and international business travel. Support Japanese expatriates with administrative and daily-life matters. Assist with vendor coordination and other operational projects as needed. Qualifications Japanese fluency required. Conversational English required. 2+ years of administrative or related experience preferred. Basic bookkeeping experience preferred. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. Strong Excel skills highly valued. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working independently. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Benefits & Work Environment Hybrid schedule with up to 2 WFH days per week.
