Target salary range for this role is $60,000/annually . Flexible schedule (i.e. 6-3, 7-4, 8-5). Fully on-site with situational remote flexibility.

Job Duties:

Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices Sort and distribute incoming mail Scan invoices into Document Management System Reconcile Vendor Statements, research and correct discrepancies Respond to Vendor inquiries Maintain Vendor Records 1099

Maintenance Requirements:
