St. Paul, MN (Hybrid schedule after training, only local candidates in Minnesota & Western Wisconsin will be eligible for consideration)Compensation:
$58,000-$62,000 annually dependent on applicable experienceBenefits:
This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). We are partnering with a growing organization in the St. Paul area seeking an Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist to join their accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on AR experience who enjoys owning the billing and cash application process while working in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounts receivable and billing activities Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timely Apply and post customer payments and cash receipts Research and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, and account issues Maintain accurate customer account records and aging information Assist with account reconciliations and AR-related month-end activities Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding billing and payment questions Support reporting, process improvements, and other accounting projects as needed Qualifications Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, cash applications, or a similar accounting role Strong attention to detail and ability to research and resolve discrepancies Comfortable working with accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?Pay :
