Job Description

Secor Auto Group Inc , located in New London, Connecticut, is seeking a full-time Automotive Office Clerk to join our team. We are a customer-focused, family-friendly, fast-paced, and growing automotive dealership.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an automotive accounting clerk preferred. Experience with Dealer Track and Microsoft Outlook and Excel preferred (not required). Positive attitude; team-oriented, flexible, and detail-focused. Ability to maintain high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing cash, check, and credit card deposits. Post vehicle deals and calculate commissions. Prepare weekly payroll for sales staff and reconcile commission schedules. Reconcile schedules related to deal postings (COD, incentives, service contracts, aftermarket products). Submit incentives for reimbursements. Assist with special projects as needed. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area. Perform other duties as assigned.
Cross-Training Includes:
Submitting aftermarket transmittals and payments. Posting and paying accounts payable bills. Posting and reconciling manufacturer monthly statements.
