Our services include bookkeeping, human resources management, and operational advising tailored to the unique needs of dental groups. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will work with a diverse range of dental practices, managing their financial records and ensuring accurate bookkeeping practices are maintained on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working with financial data in a professional setting. Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate financial records for multiple dental practices, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Assist with payroll processing and related documentation as needed. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies in all bookkeeping activities. Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information and resolve discrepancies promptly. Prepare financial reports and summaries for review by senior staff or clients. Maintain organized digital files of all financial documents for easy access and audit readiness. Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and industry-specific requirements affecting dental practices. Skills Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role, preferably within healthcare or professional services industries. Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures. Proficiency with QBO and Bill.com Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines. Knowledge of payroll processing, P&L and budget development required. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of dental practices through precise financial management while working within a supportive consulting environment.
Pay:
$26.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
