Bookkeeper:
Manage full-cycle accounting activities for multiple entities, including AP, AR, billing, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Prepare journal entries, month-end and year-end close activities, sales tax filings, and financial reporting support Monitor cash activity, intercompany transactions, and maintain accurate financial records Provide executive support through calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and confidential project assistance Utilize AI tools and accounting technology to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency Support process documentation, reporting enhancements, and collaboration with external CPA and tax partners Qualifications for the
