Overview Woodys, Wagens & Classic Cruisers is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team in Sheridan, Wyoming. If you love classic cars, even better! We're looking for someone who is: Extremely organized and detail-oriented Dependable and able to work independently A strong communicator Comfortable keeping accurate financial records and staying on top of paperwork Professional and trustworthy Experienced with Quickbooks accounting software preferredThis is a part-time position with a flexible schedule for the right person. Duties Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations Perform data entry tasks with precision, updating spreadsheets and databases regularly to ensure data integrity Assist with office management duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing supplies to keep the workspace organized and efficient Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and managing appointment scheduling with calendar management tools Prepare correspondence, Word processing documents, and proofread materials to ensure clarity and professionalism Coordinate with clients and team members through effective communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks; experience with other productivity software is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy office environment Experience managing multi-line phone systems and demonstrating professional phone etiquette Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor at the front desk or reception area Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in financial records Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines Join us in a role where your organizational talents and technical skills will make a real difference!
