Blue Eagle Swim TeamPart-Time Club Manager & BookkeeperPosition Overview Blue Eagle Swim Team is seeking a highly organized, dependable Part-Time Club Manager & Bookkeeper to oversee the club's bookkeeping, payroll, financial records, and day-to-day administrative operations. The position reports to the Board of Directors and works closely with the Head Coach, Lessons Director, and Treasurer. The ideal candidate has strong bookkeeping and organizational skills, hands-on QuickBooks and payroll experience , attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Compensation & Schedule $25-$28/hour , based on experience and qualifications Approximately 20 hours/week , with seasonal flexibility Estimated annual compensation: $26,000-$29,000 Occasional evening/weekend availability may be required Hybrid/remote work may be available for some responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Finance Maintain accurate QuickBooks records and financial documentation Record and categorize income and expenses Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Manage accounts payable and receivable Process approved payments and reimbursements Track invoices, payments, and outstanding balances Assist with monthly financial reports, budgeting, and year-end closeout Provide records to the Treasurer, Board, and accountant Payroll Process payroll accurately and on schedule Collect and verify employee/instructor hours Maintain payroll records and confidentiality Coordinate with payroll providers and accountants Assist with
