Part-Time Bookkeeper BFF's Brands Inc.
This is not an entry-level position . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, identifying discrepancies, organizing existing financial processes, and keeping recurring financial responsibilities on schedule. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. Prepare, verify, track, and reconcile customer invoices and payments. Monitor past-due accounts and maintain accurate A/R aging reports. Track company bills, recurring expenses, vendor payments, fees, and financial obligations. Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation. Administer and maintain payroll records, deductions, reimbursements, and payroll-related documentation. Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Assist with tax, payroll, and financial compliance documentation. Prepare financial information and reports for the CEO/CFO. Coordinate with the company's CPA and outside accounting professionals as needed. Maintain organized financial records for management review and tax preparation. Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or finance operations experience required. Hands-on experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable. Payroll administration experience. Strong understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliation. Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to manage deadlines and recurring financial responsibilities independently. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with growing businesses, accounting system cleanup, or regulated industries is a plus. Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. BFF's Brands is looking for a trustworthy, organized professional who can take ownership of the bookkeeping function and help create reliable financial processes as the company continues to grow.
