Join us as a Premium Accounting Representative , where you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of premium payments—an essential function that supports our policyholders, agents, and overall financial operations. What you'll do As a Premium Accounting Representative , you will: Process all forms of premium payments, including list billing, returns, and direct payments Manage daily completion of WMS items Monitor and balance suspense accounts Process returned items and support policy reinstatements Respond to phone calls and chats related to Premium Accounting inquiries Update agent and client information, including address and email changes Correspond with agents, policy owners, and bank personnel regarding payment processes Prepare and mail premium payment letters and verify billing/lapse notices Research and resolve past‑due policies Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs Conduct all work in accordance with laws, regulations, and the iA Financial Group Code of Conduct What sets you up for success We're looking for someone who: Has strong attention to detail and accuracy Communicates clearly in writing and verbally Demonstrates solid research and problem‑solving skills Stays organized, prioritizes well, and manages workflow efficiently Learns new systems quickly and is proficient with MS Office Is comfortable using a 10‑key calculator Works well independently and as part of a team Adapts well to change and maintains a positive, learning‑oriented attitude Has 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience (preferred) Holds a high school diploma or GED Why you'll love working with us A culture that values learning, development, and excellence A healthy, safe, fair, and inclusive workplace Hybrid work options with flexible, modern workspaces Competitive benefits, including: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO plan Employee and family assistance program Ergonomic furniture program Performance bonus opportunities And more Apply now and take the next step in your career—your talent belongs here.
