What You'll Be Doing Manage mass accounts for several major big-box retail customers, including posting payments and credit memos Maintain accrual spreadsheets for key retail accounts, tracking credit memos and month-end accruals to keep an accurate balance of available promotional dollars by product Report cash deposits to the Controller and manage accurate balances in the cash account Reconcile and balance customer deposit liability accounts Serve as back-up AR Coordinator as needed Support the annual audit process Report to the Accounting Supervisor Must-Haves Experience working with big-box retail accounts (Costco, Academy Sports, Dick's, Lowe's, Sam's Club, Walmart) Strong AR experience, including posting accruals, AR aging, deductions, and collections Basic Excel proficiency Strong communication skills with the ability to connect directly with clients on aging AR Deadline-driven, reliable, and committed, with a willingness to learn and an open-minded approach Nice-to-Haves Manufacturing (MFG) industry background ERP system experience: NetSuite highly preferred Compensation $30-$35/hour Location & Schedule Hybrid role based in the Norco/Inland Empire area of Southern California — onsite Monday through Wednesday, remote Thursday and Friday. Flexible start time between 7:30-9:00
