This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their accounting career in a fast-paced chauffeured transportation environment. Responsibilities Prepare and send customer invoices for completed transportation services Post customer payments and maintain accurate records Process vendor and affiliate invoices for payment Assist with chauffeur expense reimbursements Respond to basic billing and payment inquiries Maintain organized accounting files and documentation Support month-end accounting tasks as needed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Invoice Accuracy:
98%+ accuracy on customer invoices
Billing Timeliness:
Invoices issued within 1-2 business days of trip completion
Payment Posting:
Customer payments posted within 1 business day of receipt
AR Aging:
Reduce past-due balances through timely follow-up
AP Timeliness:
Vendor invoices processed and paid according to agreed terms
Data Integrity:
Minimal errors in reconciliations and accounting records
Responsiveness:
Billing and vendor inquiries resolved within 1-2 business days Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (some college or accounting coursework a plus) 3-5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or office experience Knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop required Basic Excel and accounting software skills Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good communication and organizational skills Preferred (Not Required) Experience in transportation, hospitality, or service-based industries Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software What We Offer On-the-job training and growth opportunities Competitive pay based on experience Benefits package including Health, Dental, PTO and company discounts
