Our client, a healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional services, is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team. As a Billing Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Prepare, verify, and scan all invoices for payment, including payments for patient leases, direct pays, and travel vouchers for staff and board members. Provide payment information to staff, vendors, and leaseholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain an organized filing system for easy access by the Finance Department. Assist with inventory management of supplies, including ordering, receiving, and organizing consumables. Ensure assets are properly accounted for and reports are submitted in accordance with policies, excluding IT and State Fleet Vehicles. What's Needed? Proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to lift 50+ pounds as required. Valid Driver's License. No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.Credential requirements:
