• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accounting, bank reconciliation, general ledger accounting and payroll. Experience with QuickBooks and knowledge of GAAP are highly desirable.

• Duties:

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Prepare payroll and payroll tax related items.
• Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
• Utilize 10 key typing for efficient data entry
• Apply principles of GAAP in all accounting tasks
• Assist with general ledger accounting
• Handle debits and credits accurately
• Support with account maintenance and financial reporting

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or related field
• Proficiency in Quickbooks or similar accounting software
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Knowledge of GAAP principles
• Experience with account analysis and reconciliation
• Ability to perform 10 key typing accurately
