Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your expertise in accounting systems, client communication, and financial analysis will be vital in supporting our organization's revenue cycle management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your skills in data entry, reconciliation, and customer service will drive operational efficiency and financial health. Duties Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time when needed Pre-match invoices within customer portals Monitor accounts to idnetify overdue payments Process incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances Maintain accurate records of trasnactions and communicaitons - including aging reports and collection status reports Resolve billing inquiries and disputes in a professional manner Assist with month end closing and audit request Skills Knowledge of accounting principles and financial prodecures Proficiencey in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communcation skills and customer service ability Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Experience with collections and credit management Analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. $24.00 - $28.85 per hour
