Full-time Description:
Complete Health is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (A/R) Coordinator to join our Billing team. In this role, you will manage insurance claims, post payments, and follow up on billing issues to ensure maximum revenue collection and accurate account reconciliation. This position plays a key role in supporting our mission by ensuring efficient, compliant, and patient-focused billing practices. Key Responsibilities Submit insurance claims across all payer types (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, workers' compensation, MVA, etc.) Follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims and rebill as necessary Process electronic billing and ensure claims accuracy Post insurance payments and electronic remittance advice (ERA) Balance daily receipts and charges Enter adjustments and generate refunds when appropriate Assist patients with billing questions and concerns Reconcile lab and external service billing accounts Support month-end closing and account balancing accuracy Collaborate with the Billing Department to meet revenue goals What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance At Complete Health, we foster a supportive and inclusive environment where employees are encouraged to grow and contribute.
