Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant Flexible Schedule | 10-20 Hours per Week | $18-$20/Hour DOE Join Our Team! Phase Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant to support our Accounting and Finance team. This position is ideal for a college student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field who is looking to gain real-world experience while maintaining a flexible schedule. What You'll Do Enter and maintain accurate financial records Process vendor invoices and assist with accounts payable Assist with customer invoicing and accounts receivable activities Reconcile receipts, credit card transactions, and other financial records Help maintain accounting files and documentation Assist with data entry and reporting projects Support month-end accounting activities as needed Perform general administrative duties for the Accounting department What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in an Accounting, Finance, Business, or related degree program preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial information Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Previous bookkeeping, cashiering, banking, or office experience is a plus but not required Schedule Approximately 10-20 hours per week Flexible scheduling around class schedules and other commitments Additional hours may be available during school breaks and summer months Compensation $18-$20 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience) Why Work at Phase Technologies?
