Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Will complete accounts payable duties and provide management with reports and information as needed on accounts, and payments.
Job Duties:
Prepare Accounts Payable reports and maintain AP files Resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation and make adjustments Enter invoices and material receipts, match invoices for payment, make timely payments Prepares consolidated internal financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and multiple internal sources. Maintains and balances accounts accurately in computer system by verifying and inputting data. Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports. Protects the organization's data by keeping information confidential. Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed in an accurate and timely manner. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
•Accounting experience as well as a knowledge of accepted accounting principles. Experience in manufacturing accounting environment preferred. • Knowledge of accepted accounting principles, working knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems, and demonstrated ability to manage computer operations and applications in finance are essential. 2 years of applicable bookkeeping education or applicable experience preferred.
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
