In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely invoicing to support our financial operations. Responsibilities Prepare and send invoices to customers promptly. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received on time. Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications. Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues. Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status. Requirements Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
