This position is responsible for managing full-cycle accounts payable processes and supporting accurate, timely payroll administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities - Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist
  • Process high-volume accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and process weekly or biweekly payroll activities
  • Review employee timekeeping data and ensure payroll accuracy
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, account reconciliations, and reporting
  • Respond to employee and vendor inquiries regarding payments, payroll, and account issues
  • Maintain organized financial documentation and support audit requests
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls Qualifications - Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist
  • 2+ years of accounts payable and/or payroll experience required
  • Experience processing payroll for multiple employees in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/payroll software systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered #
