Job Description

Job description: Motion View LLC is a growing organization committed to excellence in service and innovation. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper . If you have a passion for accurate recordkeeping and want to contribute to a dynamic, mission-driven company, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate bank reconciliations Prepare reports for tax filing and compliance Process accounts payable and receivable Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar accounting role Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
