- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions across multiple entities and properties
- Review, code, and enter invoices while ensuring accuracy and timely vendor payments
- Manage credit card administration and reconciliations, including expense tracking
- Process and monitor utility accounts and related payment activity
- Perform bank reconciliations and provide general accounting support
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support 1099 preparation, property tax administration, and compliance-related tasks
- Review financial transactions and assist with reporting and account analysis
- Maintain accurate accounting records and resolve discrepancies as needed Qualifications - Accounts Payable Specialist
- Proven experience in high-volume accounts payable processing
- Experience supporting multiple entities, locations, or business units
- Strong account reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-heavy environment
- Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
- Experience with Ramp expense management software strongly preferred
- Real estate or property management accounting experience is a plus
- Previous experience with 1099 processing and general accounting functions preferred
