Job Summary:
Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist is responsible for the full-cycle, high-volume, multi-location Accounts Payable processes, including invoice review, expense coding, approval hierarchy, vendor disbursements (EFTs and checks), review of travel and entertainment expense reimbursements, vendor import systems, vendor maintenance and relations, and special projects as needed. This support is crucial to the delivery of the company's mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of great oral health.
Education/Credentials:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Any post-secondary education a plus.
Job Related Experience:
Two+ years of related high volume Accounts Payable processing experience required. Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains AP/Purchasing module accounting software experience required. Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains version 2015R2 accounting software and processes experience a plus. DocStar experience preferred but not required. Prior health care industry and multi-location, multi-state service provider experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft excel. Experience with Concur and credit card processing

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Office Environment - Flexible Schedule After training, one day a week remote and four in the office.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with accounts payable personnel, Providing coaching/training where appropriate. Responsible for the full cycle Accounts Payable process, including invoice review, expense coding, vendor disbursements, client & insurance refunds, review of travel and entertainment expense reimbursements, process excel import systems, general vendor maintenance and special projects as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
