Accounts Payable Specialist Location:

ASAP start Soni is partnering with a growing company in the Franklin area seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is an immediate need due to a temporary leave, with strong potential for long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Post daily cash receipts accurately and timely Apply payments to customer accounts and resolve discrepancies Assist with account reconciliations and reporting Process invoices and support accounts payable functions Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Communicate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues

Qualifications:

Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or similar accounting role Strong cash posting experience preferred High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to work independently and manage priorities Strong communication and organizational skills Basic understanding of accounting principles Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred (not required)

Compensation:

$25 - $28/Hr Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications. #SONITN
