- $44,954; commensurate with experience Job Summary/Basic Function Responsible to perform a variety of accounts payable, research, reconciliation, auditing, and related functions in support of the Accounting Services department.
The tasks include:
processing invoices and reimbursements in the finance systems according to existing policies and procedures; investigating departmental account inquiries and providing follow-up information; monitoring changes in vendor information; and posting and reviewing adjustments to the finance system verifying accuracy of data. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required. Required Related Experience One year progressively responsible accounting and/or general office experience required. Desirable Related Experience Associate or higher degree in Accounting or Business preferred. One year progressively responsible experience in a university environment preferred. Detailed working knowledge of Banner Finance; general knowledge of Banner HR & Student and University policies and procedures preferred.
