Position Details:

Job Title:

Accounts Receivable ( Cash Application)

Location:

Nashville, TN 37201 —

Onsite Duration:

9 months (Extension/Conversion Based on Performance)

Pay Range:

$20/hr. - $25/hr.

Responsibilities:

Apply incoming cash payments, including checks, wire transfers, credit card transactions, and over-the-counter deposits, to the appropriate customer accounts and invoices. Review payment remittances and research unidentified or unapplied payments to ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of accounting or Accounts Receivable experience. Experience or working knowledge of Cash application, Checks and check processing, Wire transfers, Payment remittances, Accounts Receivable reconciliation

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Ora_cle or other ERP systems. Experience in the media, broadcasting, or entertainment industry. Spanish language skills are a plus.
