Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to support a property management organization in Nashville, Tennessee. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who can oversee day-to-day accounting operations with accuracy and consistency across multiple locations. The person in this role will contribute to payroll processing, financial reconciliation, and payables and receivables management while helping maintain organized and reliable records.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping activities, ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and maintained in a timely manner.
  • Process payroll with precision using designated workforce management and accounting systems.
  • Reconcile bank accounts regularly and investigate discrepancies to keep financial records balanced and current.
  • Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice review, payment coordination, and vendor record maintenance.
  • Administer accounts receivable activities by tracking incoming payments, following up on outstanding balances, and keeping account details up to date.
  • Support accounting operations for multiple property or business locations while maintaining consistency in reporting and procedures.
  • Use QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Yardi to maintain accounting data and generate financial information as needed.
  • Assist with property management accounting tasks and help ensure records align with operational and financial requirements.
