Responsibilities:
Manage accounts and process incoming payments. Conduct daily deposits of incoming funds. Review receivable accounts and schedules regularly. Prepare and send monthly statements to accounts receivable (AR) customers. Input and oversee accounts payable. Assist with additional tasks or duties as needed by management.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Six months of automotive experience preferred; training available. Proficient in using a computer and 10-key calculator. Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills. Personal initiative and ability to work independently. Valid TX driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Pass a background check and drug screening.
Aptitudes Required:
Mental agility on a constant basis. Mechanical skills required rarely. Strong verbal communication skills on a constant basis. Personal initiative is crucial.
Physical Requirements:
Occasional standing and walking. Frequent sitting and grasping/gripping. Occasionally bend, stoop, squat, climb stairs, push/pull, and reach above shoulders. Rarely lie down or climb ladders. Frequent use of finger dexterity for typing/writing. Occasionally operate equipment and drive vehicles. Vision required beyond arm's length. Work predominantly indoors with occasional outdoor and confined space work. Rare exposure to fumes, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.
