This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records while providing excellent internal and external customer service. Key Responsibilities Process and reconcile accounts payable invoices accurately and timely. Review invoices to ensure proper approvals and compliance with company policies. Enter invoice data and audit entries completed by others for accuracy. Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal team members regarding payment status and invoice processing. Process and distribute incoming mail for the Accounts Payable department. Support internal and external audit requests as needed. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned. Qualifications 3 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience. Experience with invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and vendor communications. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. Skills & Attributes Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organization and time management skills. Effective written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Pay Details:
