Type:
part-time Our client is searching for a part-time Accounts Payable Processor for their small office located in Hempstead. This is a part-time and temporary position (3-4 days, 20-30 hours a week) that will handle accounting responsibilities for multiple family businesses and the salary range is $25-$28 per hour.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Review invoices for proper approval and handle inquiries regarding invoice receipt and payment. Enter invoices into accounting system (Microsoft Dynamics 365). Review vendor statements for accuracy and process credit memos or overpayments due to the company. Handle other issues with regard to maintenance of the accounts payable function (filing invoices, retrieving copies of invoices for account analysis, system maintenance, etc.).
Requirements:
3+ years of accounts payable experience. Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar software experience. Strong communication skills for working with vendors and other staff.
