Job Description
Job Summary Sunburst Truck Lines is seeking an Entry Level Accounts Receivable Coordinator in the Intermodal Trucking Industry to join our team! You will be responsible for billing customers, maintaining and logging invoices, reviewing and resolving any discrepancies, and managing and responding to customer billing inquiries. Sunburst Truck Lines, Inc. provides a small office environment and offers health insurance benefits, a Simple IRA Matching Plan, and weekly paychecks to office staff. Responsibilities Prepare, issue, and log customer invoices. Match shipments to invoices and verify charges. Verify and maintain accurate supporting documentation. Review and reconcile billing discrepancies. Escalate billing issues to the appropriate departments as needed. Respond promptly to customer billing inquiries. Perform additional duties as requested by management. Qualifications 0-1 years of accounts receivable or billing experience (transportation industry a plus). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. High degree of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to collaborate with other departments as well as work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work with a sense of urgency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Quick learner with the ability to be self-sufficient.
