Job Description

Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting responsibilities. Duties include accounts payable and receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. Candidates must have experience, solid accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage the books accurately and independently. Duties Manage accounts payable, including processing vendor bills, payments, and maintaining accurate vendor records. Manage accounts receivable, including customer invoicing, payments, collections, and customer records. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly and research and resolve discrepancies. Accurately categorize income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. Prepare and post journal entries, adjustments, and account corrections as needed. Process payroll accurately, including deductions, taxes, and related reporting. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and ensure accounts are accurate and up to date. Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation. Ensure accounting records and processes follow company policies and applicable financial requirements. Pepare and file sales tax reports. Requirements Full Charge Bookkeeper or comparable bookkeeping experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Solid knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger management. Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank and credit card reconciliations. Knowledge of payroll processing, payroll taxes, deductions, and related reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented. Clear communication and consistent follow-up. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
