The position is responsible for maintaining accurate student account activity, including charges, financial aid, scholarships, payments, and other transactions; providing customer service to students; processing College receipts; and assisting with routine accounting functions. As the employee develops in the position, responsibilities will include bank and sub-ledger reconciliations, employee credit card information, and other accounting support functions. The position also serves as a designated backup for limited payroll processing functions as assigned and trained.
