Job Description
The 36th Judicial District Juvenile Probation Department is accepting applications for the position of Accounting Clerk . This position performs a variety of financial, clerical, and administrative duties in support of departmental operations, including accounts payable processing, purchasing, inventory control, financial reporting, and assistance with budget preparation. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with departmental policies, and supporting fiscal activities across multiple county offices within the district. Work is performed under the supervision of the Business Manager and the Director of Juvenile Services and requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
