full-time Manufacturing client located in The Woodlands is looking for a direct hire AP professional with manufacturing experience to handle the following. Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice matching, batching, coding, check runs, ACH, and wire payments. Prepare and process 1099s and employee expense reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist with month-end close and reconciliations, including payroll, balance sheet, and other account reconciliations. Support fixed asset/CIP accounting and other accounting functions as needed within a small, collaborative team. Utilize Excel for reporting and analysis, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and SUMIFS, along with ERP systems and ai tools Manufacturing or Distribution industry highly preferred Bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn-this is an opportunity for someone hungry to grow and expand their accounting skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher
