Job Description
We're a well-established electrical contractor with over 25 years in business, and we're looking to add a sharp, dependable person to our team. If you're great with people, comfortable with numbers, naturally organized, and driven to get things done, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll do: Dispatch electricians to job sites and keep schedules running smoothly Answer phones and greet callers professionally Enter and manage data in Microsoft Office and our dispatch software Handle filing and general office organization Run occasional errands as needed What we're looking for: Someone who communicates well, stays organized under a busy workload, picks up new systems quickly, and takes pride in a job done right. Prior office, dispatch, or scheduling experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn matter most. Punctuality is of utmost importance in this role.
