We are currently accepting applications for a Wire Transfer Specialist . This position will be Monday-Friday between 6:00 am-5:00 pm MST in-office in Phoenix, AZ or Midvale, UT. The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to: Provide frontline support by answering incoming calls related to wire transfers. Assist internal employees and external clients with initiating wires over the phone and answering wire-related questions. Navigate the fast-paced and high‑risk environment inherent to wire transfers, exercising strong attention to detail and sound judgment to mitigate risk and ensure timely, accurate processing. Ensure all necessary wire information is accurate, complete, and compliant with bank policies and regulatory standards. Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients in providing proper wire details and resolving inquiries within the scope of the position. Maintain and follow audit-aligned procedures for wire requests and client communications. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily wire operations. Learn and develop knowledge of wire transfer processes, systems, and compliance requirements to support career progression within Wire Operations. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires High School diploma or equivalent and some experience in wires processing, accounting, banking operations or other directly related experience. A combination of education or experience may meet requirements. Basic knowledge of accounting, balancing, banking, and electronic payment processing. Must be accurate and have effective communication, customer service, and computer skills. Ability to meet deadlines, resolve issues with assistance/direction. Knowledge of computer software including spreadsheets, word processing, etc.
