Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices and payments Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate accounts payable records Assist with month-end closing activities Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment inquiries Process packing slips and receivers, and close purchase orders Provide back-up for other team members (as needed) Qualifications 1-3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
