Duties Process and verify all accounts payable transactions, including invoice entry, coding, and approval workflows using Quickbooks. Manage accounts receivable functions by generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts with professionalism and tact Perform account reconciliations on the general ledger to ensure accuracy in balance sheet accounts and identify discrepancies promptly Handle data entry tasks with high accuracy, including journal entries, expense coding, and maintaining detailed records of all transactions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues, customer inquiries, and vendor disputes efficiently while providing excellent customer service Requirements Proven experience in accounting or finance roles with a focus on accounts payable and receivable Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and spreadsheet management Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and balance sheet analysis accurately Excellent numeracy skills combined with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors, clients, and internal teams while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly in accordance with company policies This position could be either Full Time or Part Time.
