Revenue Cycle Assistant / Business Office Assistant Port Washington Post Acute |
Pay:
$20.00-$25.00/hr Port Washington Post Acute is hiring a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Assistant to manage billing, collections, and business office operations. If you're organized, thrive on accuracy, and want your work to directly support quality resident care, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Submit and confirm claims across all payor types (Medicaid, Medicare, private pay) Manage TARs, Medicaid certs/redeterminations, and CWF records Process ancillary invoices, refunds, and monthly reports Oversee A/R collections and resident trust accounting Maintain accurate records in the EMR and support month-end close
What You'll Need:
