Role:
The Accounts Payable Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by managing and processing AP transactions accurately and efficiently. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial records, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and reconciling discrepancies in accounts. The specialist will work closely with various departments to gather necessary documentation and resolve any issues related to invoices and payments. Ultimately, this role supports the smooth operation of our real estate development and management activities, enabling us to maintain strong relationships with our vendors and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent This is an entry level position and training will be provided
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a professional office environment a plus Pursuing accounting degree a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly
