Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! You'll play a key part in maintaining efficient office workflows while managing bookkeeping tasks with precision. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls professionally and courteously Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming office environment Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, client records, and administrative files Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members and clients Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and overseeing office equipment Perform data entry with high accuracy into spreadsheets and other productivity software to ensure up-to-date records Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone, email, or in person to provide excellent customer service and support Qualifications Proven experience with office management, administrative duties, or clerical work in a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping tasks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication Exceptional phone etiquette combined with strong customer service skills for front desk interactions Attention to detail for proofreading documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data integrity Personal assistant or calendar management experience is a plus to coordinate schedules seamlessly Join us in this energetic role where your organizational prowess and technical skills will drive our office's success! Pay:
