Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Representative Payee to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts for disabled individuals , ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining strong professional relationships. Duties Manage benefit payments and distribute personal needs funds. Perform data entry with utilizing Excel. Monitor assets and income to maintain benefit eligibility. Complete Housing Support applications and renewals. Partner with Program Managers and external agencies to resolve benefit-related issues Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and handle all data with integrity and discretion Requirements Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and Excel, will train the right candidate. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently. High ethical standards, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Must pass background check.
