Join Our Team! We are a busy, customer-focused dealership seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and take pride in accuracy, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. Post customer and dealership payments accurately. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable balances. Prepare and process daily deposits. Research and resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain organized accounting records and documentation. Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments. Assist with month-end closing and other accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience required. Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred. Knowledge of dealership management systems (Dealertrack, Tekion) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
