AP & AR Specialist:
- Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and vendor payments
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and customer account maintenance
- Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and related balance sheet accounts
- Partner with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing
- Assist with month-end close activities, reporting, and continuous improvement of AP and AR processes Qualifications for the

- 2+ years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting experience
