Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our accounting department with high-volume invoice processing and accounts payable functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accuracy, and building their AP expertise. Key Responsibilities Enter and process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently Verify invoice details and maintain accurate vendor records Assist with invoice coding and documentation Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies Following training, support 3-way matching activities by comparing purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices Maintain organized electronic and physical records Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous accounts payable, accounting, data entry, or administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn and grow within the accounting function
